Geely Motor Philippines (GMP) introduces its new flagship SUV, the Monjaro EM-i. The Monjaro EM-i pairs Geely’s EM-i Super Hybrid PHEV technology with the performance and security of an all-wheel drive system—a first for the country.

Built on Geely’s GEA Evo new energy architecture, the Monjaro EM-i is powered by a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder hybrid engine paired with dual electric motors and a 3-speed Dedicated Hybrid Transmission (3DHT). Together, the system produces a combined 335 horsepower or 340 PS (250 kW) and 667 Nm of torque, sent to all four wheels through Geely’s e-AWD system. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.83 seconds and reaches a top speed of 190 km/h.
A 29.8 kWh Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery enables up to 130 kilometers of all-electric driving and a total combined range of up to 1,095 kilometers (NEDC). Combined fuel consumption is as low as 66.66 km/L and 16.13 km/L in hybrid operation at a low battery state of charge. Drivers can choose from multiple drive modes, including Pure, Hybrid, Power, Snow, and Sand.
The battery supports DC fast charging of up to 78 kW, charging from 30 to 80 percent in about 15 minutes, and AC charging of up to 6.6 kW, charging from 20 to 100 percent in about 4.2 hours. With 6 kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) capability, the Monjaro EM-i can also power external devices and appliances or support another electric vehicle.
The Monjaro EM-i measures 4,800 mm long, 1,895 mm wide and 1,700 mm tall, with a 2,845 mm wheelbase and 189 mm of ground clearance. Its five-seat cabin offers 633 liters of cargo space, expanding to 1,532 liters with the rear seats folded.
Its exterior is defined by Geely’s signature Energy-String vertical front grille, along with LED automatic headlights with Follow Me Home lighting, Auto High Beam, an openable panoramic power sunroof, a power tailgate and 20-inch alloy wheels fitted with Goodyear tires. Inside, an Amber Brown premium faux suede interior is complemented by 256-color ambient lighting, an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat with memory, ventilated front seats with massage function, dual-zone automatic climate control with rear vents and an N95 air filter.
The cabin is powered by the Flyme Auto infotainment system running on a high-performance E04 chipset. It includes a 15.4-inch HD central screen, a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 25.6-inch Windshield Head-Up Display (W-HUD). Additional features include four-zone voice control, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, remote vehicle monitoring and control, 15W wireless charging and a 16-speaker Flyme Sound audio system that includes two headrest speakers.
The front passenger seat features a lay-flat reclining function, allowing passengers to adjust their seating position for enhanced comfort during long journeys.
The Monjaro EM-i is equipped with a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driving Assistance Systems (ADAS), including Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB), Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) and Intelligent Cruise Control (ICC), Lane Keeping Assist, Lane Departure Warning, Lane Change Assist, Blind Spot Detection, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, Rear Collision Warning, Door Open Warning and Traffic Sign Recognition. A 540-degree panoramic view with transparent chassis view and front and rear parking sensors assist with maneuvering in tight spaces.
Passive safety is provided by six airbags, comprising front, side and side curtain airbags, together with Electronic Stability Control, the Geely Traction Control System, Hill-Start Assist Control, Hill Descent Control and an Anti Rolling Program.
The all-new Monjaro EM-i Luxury is available at a suggested retail price of P 1,868,000, in Cloud White, Night Black, Sky Blue, and Dawn Gold.
