Lexus Displays At Philippine EV Summit This October 22-24, 2026

Lexus is displaying the Lexus RZ and Lexus ES—their vision of electrified luxury—at the 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit (PEVS) this October 22 to 24, 2026 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay.

The two models bring two distinct expressions of Lexus electrification tied together by refined performance, thoughtful craftsmanship, and everyday comfort.

Under the theme “Driving ASEAN Forward,” the showcase reflects Lexus’ commitment to an electrified future, giving Filipino motorists more choices as they consider the move to electric. With a luxury sedan and an SUV on display, guests can discover how that future could fit their lifestyles.

For two decades, Lexus has pursued electrification to advance environmental responsibility and driving enjoyment. Through its Lexus Electrified vision, Lexus continues to develop a diverse range of powertrain options, building on the brand’s commitment to craftsmanship, comfort, and performance.

The ES and RZ take this approach into hybrid and electric driving. The Lexus ES is available in hybrid and battery-electric variants, with the ES 350h offering refined hybrid driving without external charging, while the RZ delivers a fully electric experience characterized by responsive acceleration, quiet operation, and zero tailpipe emissions.

Together, they demonstrate how Lexus is expanding the possibilities of electrified mobility while preserving the comfort and driving character at the heart of the brand.

The ES 350h Luxury brings a compelling expression of hybrid mobility to the summit, combining responsive performance with the comfort that defines the ES nameplate. Its 2.5-liter inline four-cylinder gasoline engine works with an electric motor to deliver a total system output of 247 horsepower. The self-charging hybrid system requires no external charging, allowing motorists to explore electrified driving while maintaining familiar refueling routines.

Refinement extends to the vehicle’s underlying engineering with enhanced platform rigidity which supports agile, responsive handling, while a multi-link rear suspension contributes to a composed ride. Improvements to the hybrid power unit also help create a quieter cabin, making daily commutes and longer journeys more relaxing.

Inside, the Lexus Tazuna concept shapes a cockpit designed around the driver. An open layout supports visibility, while a 12.3-inch full graphic meter works with the central display and steering-wheel controls to keep information and functions readily accessible. Suede accents and carefully considered lighting further enhance the cabin’s inviting atmosphere.

Displayed alongside the all-electric RZ, the ES 350h Luxury highlights the breadth of Lexus’ electrification approach. Together, the models offer visitors two distinct ways to experience electrified luxury, with options that suit different driving needs and lifestyles.

Alongside the ES, the RZ offers visitors a closer look at an SUV developed from the ground up for battery electric power. Its dedicated platform positions the powertrain components low in the vehicle, lowering its center of gravity to support handling and stability. This foundation helps bring the Lexus Driving Signature to life through composed movement and responses that feel natural to the driver.

The electric architecture of the RZ also shapes its appearance featuring a low stance and aerodynamic silhouette which give it a distinct presence, while Lexus’ familiar spindle grille evolves into a sculpted body design. Inside, the Tazuna-inspired cockpit places key driving controls on and around the steering wheel, creating an intuitive layout that helps the driver stay focused on the road.

Choosing an electric vehicle is a personal decision, shaped by daily routines, driving preferences, and the needs of the people who travel with you. Through its participation in the 14th Philippine Electric Vehicle Summit, Lexus invites visitors to discover how its vision of electrification translates into real driving experiences.
