VinFast and V-Green are partnering to offer free charging for all VinFast vehicle owners until May 1, 2027. This means zero charging costs for almost two years—making EV ownership more affordable and easier than ever.
The initiative, which covers all V-Green-operated charging ports nationwide, aims to encourage broader adoption of electric mobility in the country. The offer is exclusive to VinFast owners and applies to all current and future models sold in the Philippine market.
The move addresses one of the primary concerns among Filipino drivers considering the switch to EVs: the cost of charging compared to traditional refueling. With fuel prices remaining volatile, VinFast’s zero-charging-cost offer is expected to provide significant savings for everyday motorists.
V-Green, a key player in the EV charging infrastructure in the Philippines has plans to install up to 15,000 charging ports in the country by the end of 2025. This covers key areas such as malls, expressways, commercial districts, and high-traffic urban zones. The expanding network is expected to significantly reduce range anxiety for EV users, offering convenient access points across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.
While V-GREEN operates as an independent provider, the agreement with VinFast grants exclusive free-charging privileges to VinFast customers at all participating stations.
In addition to free public charging, VinFast offers several other long-term benefits to its EV buyers in the Philippines. These include up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometers vehicle warranty; up to 10 years or 200,000 kilometers battery warranty; and nationwide service and showroom coverage.
