Inchcape Philippines, the exclusive distributor of Changan in the country, announces the official launch of the all-new Eado Plus.
The Eado Plus comes in two variants with the Eado Plus 1.5 Lite DCT priced at P 750,000, while the Eado Plus 1.5 Luxe DCT priced at P 799,999.
Introduced in China 14 years ago, the Eado was offered to meet the rising demand for stylish, efficient sedans. In 2025, with an impressive sales volume of 168,900, the model was hailed as the best-selling gasoline sedan brand in China by the China Passenger Car Association (CPCA).
Exterior-wise, the Changan Eado has a modern and cutting-edge design. Upfront, its front fascia features a prominent three-dimensional grille with halogen projector headlights with LED daytime running lights. An Auto On/Off function is standard on both variants.
It comes in four colors: White, Black, Andrean Gray, and Titanium Silver Gray (indent order).
At the side, the Eado Plus features body-colored door handles along with heated and power-adjustable side mirrors with integrated turn signals. At each wheel well are 16-inch wheels—steel for the Lite and alloy for the Luxe.
At the back, there’s a fin-type antenna as well as winged LED taillights with a chrome garnish.
Inside, the Eado Plus focuses on comfort and functionality. In terms of in-car entertainment, the Lite has a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and a 2-speaker audio setup. On the other hand, the Luxe has a 10-inch touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a 4-speaker audio setup. Two USB Type A ports and 12-volt power socket, available across two rows of seats, keeps devices charged.
The Eado Plus’ air conditioning is elevated with an advanced PM2.5 Grade Air Filter, providing safer and cleaner cabin air. Driver and passengers are also seated in Black Fabric-Upholstered Seats that offer a 4-way manual adjust feature for the front passenger, and a 6-way manual adjust for the driver.
Other standard features for both variants include the 10.25-inch full color TFT instrument cluster, a day/night rearview mirror, sun visor, rear window defogger, and LED cabin reading lights.
For Lite, other creature comforts that may be found in the vehicle are the tilt steering wheel adjustment and mechanical gear selector. For the Luxe, it has an automatic climate control with rear vents, steering wheel controls, tilt/telescopic steering adjustment, and foldable second-row seats.
Powering the Eado Plus is a 1.5-liter Bluecore gasoline engine mated to a 7-speed dual clutch automatic producing 105 horsepower and 145 Nm of torque. The Luxe comes with two selectable drive modes. Both variants use an Electronic Power Steering (EPS) system.
In terms of safety, the Eado Plus comes with driver and passenger airbags, Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Traction Control System (TCS), Brake Assist System, Hill Hold Control (HHC), Hill Start Assist (HSA), rear parking sensors, Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS), and keyless entry with central locking.
For an added layer of protection, the Luxe receives side airbags, Electronic Parking Brake (EPB) with auto hold, reverse camera, smart keyless entry with push start ignition and remote engine start, and speed sensing door locks.

This is the older eado from 2 years back- hence the low pricing. Then again this car is a very good buy than the 900k++ jap brands which are smaller and features deprived with souless CVTs.
