Chery Tiggo rEV owners join the growing rank of vehicle owners with built-in advanced car telematics systems.
Now activated, the Chery Smart Access app enables Tiggo rEV owners to connect with and remotely access their vehicles. The comprehensive suite of features included in the app are designed to enhance everyday driving and ownership. These include:
- Real-Time Monitoring: Users can track essential vehicle information such as fuel capacity, tire pressure, energy voltage, charging status, odometer reading, and current and total driving range. The app also provides helpful reminders for charging schedules.
- Remote Access: Owners can start the engine, open the tailgate, control the sunroof, lock and unlock doors, and open or close windows remotely. The app also allows users to locate their vehicle in parking areas and schedule engine start with pre-cooling for added convenience.
- Smart A/C Control: Designed with passenger comfort in mind, the system enables air purification, one-click cooling, defogging functions, front ventilated seat control, and customizable temperature settings.
Chery Smart Access App is a bit deceptive. Chery uses TBox for 4G and Carlinko App for remote access, which is basically an aftermarket offering than a Chery-exclusive. Carlinko is a third-party platform, like Tuya is for IoT devices. Better than nothing though.
