PayMaya Powers New Beep App

Commuters and motorists can now top up their Beep card anytime, anywhere, as PayMaya powers the newly launched Beep app with online payments.

Through a tie-up between beep operator AF Payments, Inc. and PayMaya, Beep users can now reload their card via the new Beep app using their PayMaya account, any debit, credit, or prepaid card, or via other e-wallets.

With this thrust, commuters can stay safer and avoid long lines when riding the LRT and MRT, and select bus lines. Meanwhile, motorists can conveniently top up their beep cards ahead for use in NLEX and CAVITEX tollways.

“We all deserve a better commuting experience, and one way to improve it is through FinTech. Through, PayMaya's enterprise solutions, we have expanded the payment options available to Beep app users. At the same time, we are promoting safer and more convenient digital transactions,” said Shailesh Baidwan, President at PayMaya.

For his part, Jonathan Juan Moreno, President at AF Payments, said: “This project is another testament to AFPI's commitment to work with PayMaya in giving commuters a pleasant and safe commuting experience through a reliable and convenient cashless payment service.”

Since 2020, PayMaya and AF Payments have worked together to make Beep reloading easier for the commuting public. PayMaya users can conveniently top up their beep card through the PayMaya app.

With this new initiative, topping up via the beep app powered by PayMaya is simple.
