Brand-New Lexus Vehicles Now Have A 5-Year Warranty In The Philippines

Lexus continues its commitment to craftsmanship and customer care with the new Lexus 5-Year Warranty Program. A testament to the brand’s promise to deliver vehicles of uncompromising quality, durability, and reliability, this new offering expands the bounds of the thoughtful kind of luxury that is unmistakably Lexus.

The program allows all brand-new vehicles purchased from the Lexus Manila Gallery to come with the new 5-Year Warranty Program, designed to provide owners with added assurance and lasting confidence.

The coverage begins on the car’s delivery date and combines a 3-Year or 100,000-kilometer Manufacturer Warranty with an additional 2-Year Service Rewards Warranty with unlimited mileage coverage. Terms and conditions apply.

This automatically applies to all vehicles released as of October 13, 2025, but is retroactively applied to those sold from September 1, 2025. Customers can get additional two years of warranty provided that they are able to avail the minimum number of Periodic Maintenance Services (PMS) during the 3-year warranty period, with at least one PMS per year.

Customers who will avail at least three PMSes with at least one PMS per year during the 3-Year or 100,000-kilometer warranty period will qualify for the 4th Year Full Coverage additional warranty.

Customers who are able to avail the 4th Year Full Coverage additional warranty are eligible for an additional one year extension on the 5th Year provided that they were able to avail at least one PMS during the 4th year ownership period.

    1. Correction. It's Jetour that has a 10 yr or 1M kms whichever comes first engine warranty, aside from the 6 yrs unlimited mileage general warranty. Chery has a 7 yrs or 200k kms general warranty.

Actually, 5 yrs warranty is getting pretty standard nowadays though the Chinese brands continually go above the standard when it comes to the longevity of the warranty period.

  3. Too bad Lexus only operates ONE CAR DEALERSHIP in the Philippines.
Lexus needs to open more Lexus car dealerships and service centers in Luzon,Visayas and Mindanao.

    1. This I agree. I can understand that Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Maserati only has 1 service center (for each brand) in the country since there are only a few of them compared to Lexus. Lexus really has to open more dedicated dealerships and service centers in the country to cater to the growing number of owners and customers.
