All-Electric Mercedes-Benz EQV Arrives With P 5.990M Price Tag

Mercedes-Benz Philippines has quietly added the all-electric V-Class MPV, the EQV, to its line-up. Available in the EQV 300 guise, this Lexus LM, Denza D9, Zeekr 009, and even Li Auto Home competitor is priced at P 5,990,000.

Less than a year since its launch in the Philippines, the Ford Territory Hybrid has become a household name in the electrified vehicle segment with its advanced hybrid engine that delivers a fuel-efficient performance. Within three months since its launch, Territory Hybrid’s sales exceeded 1,000 units, a testament to its growing popularity among young affluents and starting families, particularly those who are first-time owners of a hybrid vehicle.

When Lexus launched the eighth-generation Lexus ES sedan roughly a year ago, they opted to launch the full electric versions, the ES 350e and ES 500e, first. At the time, they said that the familiar hybrid variant would come a bit later. Roughly a year later, the ES 350h has been officially launched in one of its first global markets: the United States.

Nissan held steady as the country’s fourth best-selling nameplate after recording a total of 4,634 units sold in the first quarter of 2026. One of my favorite cars in the whole automotive industry is the Hyundai Stargazer. Ever since it was launched a few years ago, this I thought, is what a proper, modern, well-made, and decently equipped MPV should be.
