Isuzu Soon To Rise In Dasmarinas

Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC), the country’s leading brand-new truck manufacturer and distributor, held the formal groundbreaking ceremony for its dealership at the city of Dasmarinas in Cavite Province.

Dasmarinas City has been considered one of the fastest-growing gateways to Metropolitan Manila and has become the ideal location for businesses that aims to earn the benefits of economic activities in both Metro Manila and the Calabarzon (Cavite-Laguna-Batangas-Rizal-Quezon) economic growth corridor.

Isuzu Dasmarinas will be operated by Isuzu Automotive Dealership, Inc (IADI), an authorized dealer of Isuzu vehicles and wholly owned by Ayala Automotive Holdings Corporation. Currently, IADI is also operating 2 Isuzu dealerships in Cavite Province, Isuzu Bacoor, and Isuzu Imus. However, the operations of the latter will be transferred to Isuzu Dasmarinas as soon as it becomes fully operational in 4th quarter 2022.

Mr. Alex Paguio remarked, “We at IADI, under the umbrella of ACMotors, the automobile business company and one of the largest multi-brand distribution groups in the country, is celebrating our 25 years and today marks the 12th branch of IADI, this is Isuzu Dasmarinas. It will be equipped with a showroom that can accommodate three units display including truck, a customer lounge, service reception, parts, and accessories area; and the service workshop will have six LCV service bays, one CV service bay. Putting up Isuzu Dasmariñas is our way to bring our dealerships closer and provide convenience to our valued customers. This will also further solidify the Isuzu network in the country.”

IPC President Koso stated that “Isuzu Dasmarinas will rise as a fully compliant IOS dealership, capable to service all our products from the Isuzu D-MAX to our heavy-duty trucks in its more than 3,500 square meter-facility with a specialized truck facility ready to cater to businesses in the area.

Koso also added that Dasmarinas is one of the most competitive cities not just in CALABARZON but nationwide, Dasmarinas’ growth over the past years as shown to be significant for major businesses to set foot in this area. And we at Isuzu are very happy, that through IADI, the brand will have bigger presence not just in this city but in the entire province in the next years to come.”

“An expert in providing excellent customer service, we are confident that IADI will be able to take good care of our customers in this area similar to other dealerships that you operate.” He added.

  1. Hope car brands will also consider establishing dealerships in Tagaytay or Silang in Cavite.

At present there are only 2 in Silang: Toyota and Hyundai. None in Tagaytay :(

The Tagaytay metropolitan area (the city plus several nearby towns from both Cavite and Batangas), I think, is a very viable market.
