The Kia K2500 Is The Delivery Partner You Can Count On

No load is too heavy and no task is too daunting for the country’s country 4x4 light-duty truck: the Kia K2500. An ideal choice for business owners who need a vehicle that they can count on to arrive at their destination, it offers the confidence to tackle any unforeseen challenges—even after the paved road ends (read our first impressions).

Apart from its 4x4 drivetrain, the K2500 is offered with one of the highest ground clearances at 200 mm. Couple that with a powerful 2.5-liter common rail direct injected diesel engine (130 horsepower and 255 Nm of torque) mated to a 6-speed manual, it offers fuel efficiency and flexibility be in urbanized or rural areas. For added safety and peace of mind, the K2500 is also equipped with a Load-Sensing Proportioning Valve (LSPV) which regulates hydraulic pressure to the rear brakes depending on the payload. This ensures that the K2500 can stop safely, whether laden or unladen.

Speaking of payload, the K2500 4x4 has either a 1,204 kilogram (double-cab) or 1,353 kilogram (single-cab) payload capacity making it the ultimate workhorse. In its single-cab closed van Kargo configuration, it has a maximum payload of 953 kilograms and can carry 64 45-liter cool boxes thanks to its 5.52-ft by 5.71-ft by 10-ft (H x W x L) storage area. There is also an option for a refrigerated van too.

The K2500 comes with a 3-year or 110,000-kilometer warranty and 3-year free 24/7 Roadside Assistance. And in case of untoward incidents, Kia has a large stock of readily available parts and a nationwide network of service centers that are always ready to serve.

Making the K2500 even more enticing this month, the Kia Kargado Karavan offers cash discounts of up to P 80,000 available. Financing offers with as low as 20 percent download (BPI, China Bank Savings, PNB) are also available. Plus, they also come with Blaupunkt safety and security packages and Caltex fuel cards.

The Kia Kargado Karavan runs until March 31 at the following locations: Alabang, Ortigas, New Manila, Sta. Rosa in Laguna, Sto. Tomas in Batangas, Pampanga, Baguio, Cebu, Iloilo, and Davao.
