Jetour Auto PH On Track To Hit 2,300-Unit Sales By End-2024

Buoyed by the global success of Jetour Auto in 2023, Jetour Auto Philippines sets its sights high as it held its 2024 mid-year business conference.

In 2023, Jetour exported 112,000 units, marking a year-on-year increase of 147 percent that exceeded its home market China’s overall export growth rate by 58 percent, doubling for four consecutive years and making the brand one of the fastest-growing in China.

Its global sales of 82,000 units in 2023 reflected the brand’s 14 consecutive months of growth. Meanwhile, its global distribution network grew from 300 to 600, including 250 new exclusive showrooms, with average unit sales per showroom increasing from 12 to 20.

Locally, Jetour Auto Philippines, led by managing director Miguelito Jose, marketing director Cherry May Delos Santos, and Aftersales Director Eryx Guiang reaffirmed the targets it set early 2024.

Jetour aims to generate over 60,000 sales leads in the next six months and improve their conversion strategies to achieve their goal of 2,500-unit sales this year. For the first five months of 2024, the brand has sold 563 units so far.

It was also revealed that an even more robust marketing campaign would be on the horizon, as well. This includes heightened engagements with local communities, using social media platforms, and participating in major automotive events and exhibitions.

Continuing the launch of the Dashing Symphony, Dashing PHEV, and T2 4x4 SUV in the first half of this year, Jetour Auto Philippines has confirmed that they will launch an additional three models before the end of 2024. Plans are also underway to offer more electrified vehicles.

Two more dealerships will open before the end of 2024.

Jetour is also affirming its commitment to improve customer service and aftersales support with initiatives that include the expansion of service centers and provision for extensive personnel training. As proof of their intent, the company has set in motion the Jetour Auto Philippines Academy or JAPA.

JAPA will consist of the Jetour Sales Ambassador Training (JSAT) which will provide comprehensive training to all frontlines that consists of the following:
  • Jetour Sales Ambassadors well as training the support group consisting of sales supervisors, sales administrators, and sales managers.
  • Jetour Marketing Adaptive Training (JMAT) which will equip marketing professionals and customer relations officers with a robust set of skills and knowledge required to excel in the dynamic and competitive world of brand management and customer relations.
  • For aftersales, the Jetour Technical Assessment Program of JTAP will continue to hone technical and mechanical expertise of service personnel.
