PNP Now Allowing Hatid-Sundo Of APORs

A new study reveals that a vast majority of drivers have experienced road rage at some point. In a study commissioned by Citroen of 2,000 UK motorists in March, they found that 62 percent admit to having experienced road rage themselves, and 47 percent say they have been a victim of another drivers’ road rage.

Skyway Stage 3 Will Charge Up To P 264 One-Way Starting July 12
After providing the public free use of its 18-kilometer Skyway Stage 3 project for nearly seven months, San Miguel Corporation (SMC) will start collecting toll on the new elevated expressway starting Monday, July 12, 2021 using a revised toll fee matrix that is lower than the original proposed toll fees, particularly for motorists traveling shorter distances.

Despite community quarantines being in effect since March 2020 over the National Capital Region, Manila still holds the dubious honor of being one of the most traffic congested cities in the world. The Traffic Index 2020 by TomTom showed that Manila as having the fourth worst traffic in the world.

After another messy implementation (remember ADDA?), the Department of Transportation (DOTr) is backtracking on their 100 percent cashless policy at expressways. The government agency has now said that cash booths will make a comeback, and a no penalty policy will be implemented at tollways.
