(ACEI), a wholly owned subsidiary of AC Industrials, and Volkswagen AG have formally agreed to conclude their partnership for the distribution of Volkswagen vehicles in the Philippines. This marks the third brand dropped by Ayala in the span of a year following KTM/Husqvarna and Maxus.
