Porsche Philippines Leads in Premium Segment Aftersales


For more than two decades, Porsche Philippines has been at the forefront of customer satisfaction in the automotive market, and after-sales service remains one of its focal points. In fact, half of Porsche Philippines’ success is attributed to its distinguished services because of its motivated, experienced, Germany-trained technicians, modern facilities, and equipment.

Following a uniform, merit-based standard, each technician from around the globe undergoes Porsche’s qualification program. This program classifies the servicemen into three levels: bronze, silver, and gold. In the Philippines, five qualified technicians have attained Gold level, certified by Porsche AG. These seasoned individuals have met the advanced qualifications of Porsche’s international standards. Gold certification of technicians, better known as Diagnostic Specialists, is the highest rank a technician can attain, proving his or her knowledge in high-level processes.

In the entire Asia Pacific region, Porsche Philippines received the following awards during the 2018 Porsche Service Excellence Awards:  Best in After-Sales, Warranty, Marketing, Training and Customer Satisfaction for a period of three months.

In addition, Porsche Philippines has the latest Porsche Integrated Workshop Information System (PIWIS) tester, the marque’s premiere computerized diagnostic equipment, factory-approved four-wheel alignment machine, dynamic wheel balancer, tire changer, and special tools from Porsche AG. The Porsche Centre located on EDSA has eight working bays with lifts and two diagnostic bays, all of which are used to ensure that all serviced vehicles are met with Porsche’s global standards.
