Foton PH Extends Engine Warranties, Cut Prices on Spare Parts

Has your Foton’s general warranty expired? No worries. Owners of the Gratour Series as well as Passener Vehicles—Toano, TransVan, Traveller, and Thunder—are now eligible for extended engine warranties.

Applicable to all Foton vehicles purchased from January 2018 onwards with an expired General Warranty, owners just need to have their vehicle serviced at any authorized Foton dealer until December 31, 2021 to enjoy the free extended engine warranty.

For vehicles with PMS interval of every 6 months or 10,000 kilometers (whichever comes first), the vehicle receives a free additional 6 months or 10,000-kilometer extended engine warranty upon completion of PMS. For vehicle with PMS interval of every 3 months or 5,000 kilometers, the vehicle comes with a free additional 3 months or 5,000-kilometer extended engine warranty upon completion of PMS.

And if your Foton does require any change of parts, genuine parts are offered with significant price cuts starting this March. Foton’s EC-Genuine Parts can let owners see savings of up to 40 percent on maintenance parts, electrical/mechanical, clutch, underchassis, suspension, brakes, aircon, and body parts.

Foton says that the reduction on spare parts prices is not promotional or interim, but is permanent—a provision of their discretionary business viability.

Parts availability is no problem as well with Foton keeping around 45,000 parts in stock. The ISO-certified facility also ensures a swifter and hassle-free aftersales experience.
