Upgraded 2017 Mazda2 to Launch at Father's Day Weekend Zoom Fest

This coming Father’s Day weekend, celebrate driving with Mazda Philippines as it brings back Zoom Fest, the most comprehensive display of the latest Mazda offerings to date. Featuring Mazda’s stunning Kodo-designed and Skyactiv Technology-engineered lineup, the three-day showcase will happen from Friday, June 16 to Sunday, 18, 2017 at the Big Bear strip of Bonifacio High Street in BGC, Taguig City. Zoom Fest will also highlight test drive opportunities for the public with the latest Mazda2, Mazda3, Mazda6 and BT-50, along with the CX-3, the all-new CX-5 and CX-9 crossovers, and the MX-5 RF, all available for a spin.

“Zoom Fest is Mazda’s way of connecting to the motoring public,” says Steven Tan, President and CEO of Bermaz Auto Philippines, the official distributors of Mazda vehicles and parts in the country. Tan adds, “The Mazda models to be displayed in Zoom Fest not only feature the most eye-catching car designs, but they are also engineered to be some of the safest and most fun to drive cars on the road today. And with such an appealing and engaging presence, we believe car buyers will find Zoom Fest as the most convenient destination to truly experience Mazda’s Jinba Ittai, or horse and rider as one, DNA.”

Visitors and guests to the Mazda Zoom Fest pavilion will also see first hand the new Mazda2 subcompact hatchback and sedan. With a host of styling and safety improvements, the 2015 Car of the Year Philippines awardee has been upgraded with more value-added features including G-Vectoring Control that further cement its status as the premium sub-compact of choice.

To make the Zoom Fest experience even more compelling, Mazda Philippines, in cooperation with EastWest Bank, is launching a special all-in, low down payment promotion this June for the Mazda2 V+, the Mazda3 R, the CX-3 Front-wheel Drive Sport and the BT-50 2.2-liter 4x2 MT. A zero percent interest scheme will also be available for the Mazda 6 Sports Wagon.

“We are excited to be Mazda’s exclusive auto financing partner for this new promotion,” says Jacqueline Fernandez, EastWest EVP and Consumer Lending Head. She adds, “Through this collaboration, owning their dream Mazda vehicle is easier and more affordable for more customers. EastWest Auto Loans will continue to serve customers’ needs by providing affordable packages, flexible payment terms, and a fast and easy application process.”

The Zoom Fest promotions will also roll out this month to the 19 Mazda dealerships located across the country. Each showroom will have exciting in-house deals ready for all buyers.
