Nissan Philippines Launches 405-Horsepower 2022 Patrol For P 4.548M (w/ Specs)

Nissan Philippines announced the arrival of the refreshed Nissan Patrol for 2022, in time for the flagship SUV’s 70th anniversary.

Known as “The Hero of All Terrains,” the Nissan Patrol combines power, capability, technology, and luxury. It has come a long way since its inception in 1951 as a utility vehicle. Now, it’s the car of choice for tastemakers, visionaries, and titans of industry for its performance and features that highlight prestige and class.

“Built on 70-years of SUV heritage, the Nissan Patrol continues its legacy here in the Philippines. It is now smarter than ever, and leads its class in innovation, luxury, and performance. We are offering the latest in the Patrol legacy here in the Philippines to leaders who recognize its capability, versatility, stylishness, comforts, and innovations,” says Nissan Philippines President and Managing Director Atsushi Najima.

The biggest upgrade for 2022 is its long list of Nissan Intelligent Mobility technologies. The new Patrol now has features such as the Intelligent Cruise Control, Intelligent Forward Collision Braking, Intelligent Emergency Braking, Intelligent Lane Intervention, Lane Departure Warning, Intelligent Blindspot Intervention, Blind Spot Warning, Rear Cross Traffic Alert, and High Beam Assist, in addition to the Intelligent Around View Monitor with Moving Object Detection, Hill Start Assist, and Hill Descent Control.

Matching its upgraded safety features, the new Nissan Patrol takes on a bolder design for a more commanding presence. It has a redesigned hood, alloy wheel design, LED headlamps with C-shaped LED daytime running lights, and LED tail lights with sequential turn lamps. It is also the first model locally to get the new Nissan brand identity badge.

Inside, the 2022 Patrol features a new 7-inch full-color advanced driver display, a 12.3-inch infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay, wireless charging, and a cool box. Together with the premium leather seats, it also has a 13-speaker Bose sound system.

For 2022, the Patrol keeps its 5.6-liter V8 engine combined with a 7-speed automatic transmission. Producing a class-leading maximum power output of 405 horsepower and 560 Nm of torque along with its trademark Body Motion Control, the Patrol empowers its owners to go anywhere and conquer the toughest roads with confidence.

The Patrol features a segment-first 5-year warranty so customers can feel more confident in taking part of the Nissan Patrol heritage by going anywhere with its legendary performance, upgraded safety technology, and top-tier luxuries.

The 2022 Patrol comes in three colors: Brilliant Silver, Black Obsidian, and Pearl White. The Brilliant Silver color variant comes with tan leather interiors, while the other two have black leather interiors. It will retail for P 4,548,000 and will be available at all authorized Nissan dealerships by February 2022.

  1. It's the season of Election Again! Kaya maraming pulitiko ang bumibili ng mga Bagong SUV katula nitong Facelifted Nissan Patrol at tsaka yung kaka-labas lang na Toyota Land Cruiser 300.

  2. Gas guzzler and depreciates quickly...

    1. A car, save for a few makes and models, will always be a depreciating asset. It's not an investment. You lose 20% of its value the moment the keys are handed to you by the dealer. V8? You have to drive a V8 to feel its power and appreciate it and if you're worried about the gas, you probably can't afford it. Don't worry. Its not meant for you.

  5. Gas is not a problem. Not all the time that you will use this SUV. Comfort and satisfaction is the priority. For me, pag family ko ang kasama siya ang gamit, pag ako lang mid class SUV or truck na lang or kahit luma OK lang.

  6. I drive a 4.8 gas super safari with worse gas consumption (on paper)than this newer y62. The power and comfort you get is worth the trade-off in fuel use versus its diesel counterpart or even the newer PPVs. Cheaper maintenance pa.
