Nissan Philippines (NPI) recently held its annual Dealer of the Year Awards, celebrating the achievements of its 53 nationwide dealerships. Nissan Pampanga was hailed as the Dealer of the Year, while Nissan Cebu Central was awarded the Nissan Global Award. Both dealerships topped the Nissan network in terms of vehicle sales, service quality, business sustainability and customer retention, among others.

Nissan gave a total of 34 individual and team awards recognizing the excellent performance in the various aspects of dealership operations. Among the awards given were individual recognitions for Sales, Service, Parts and Business Management Managers of the Year, and other key functions in the operations. Meanwhile, team honors for Marketing, Customer Satisfaction, Sales, and After Sales groups were also announced. The awarded employees and dealers were chosen for their high-quality service to the company and commitment to providing top-level customer experience, thereby improving the over-all sales of the brand. The awards cover the fiscal year 2021 performance of the dealerships.

Looking back on its successes over the past fiscal year, the vehicle manufacturer spotlighted the contributions of its partner dealers to the growing success of the Nissan brand in the country.

“It’s due to the passion and hard work of our partner dealers and employees that we continue to lead the industry,” says NPI President Juan Manuel Hoyos. “They have always been indispensable partners whose dedication continues to fuel the company. Today’s festivities is a way to express our appreciation,” he adds.

As significant players in NPI’s overall performance and growth, the Dealer of the Year Awards seek to honor the unwavering support of its employees and dealers. It also sets the stage for another year of their lasting partnership, as NPI continues to work towards taking Filipinos closer to the future of mobility through their innovative products and push for digitalization.
