United Asia Automotive Group, Inc. (UAAGI), the leading multi-brand automotive distributor in the Philippines, announces that Jetour Auto Philippines, Inc. (JAPI) is now officially part of the UAAGI portfolio of automotive brands.
Founded in 2006 under the visionary leadership of Chairman Rommel L. Sytin, UAAGI continues to solidify its position as a powerhouse in the Philippine automotive industry. Today, UAAGI holds exclusive distributorship rights for six renowned international brands: Foton Motor Philippines Inc., Chery Auto Philippines, BAIC Philippines, Lynk & Co Philippines, Radar Philippines, and now, Jetour Auto Philippines.
“Integrating Jetour into the UAAGI family marks a pivotal moment, strengthening our unwavering commitment to provide Filipinos with accessible, innovative, and reliable mobility solutions. Jetour’s unique market positioning—combining practicality with a distinct sense of style—perfectly responds to the evolving needs of modern families and individuals,” said UAAGI Chairman Rommel L. Sytin.
Launched in 2023, Jetour quickly gained traction among Filipino motorists with its versatile, family-friendly, and technologically advanced lineup designed for every lifestyle. The brand has since expanded to 21 dealerships nationwide and, in 2024, surpassed the 2,600-unit sales mark, underscoring its rapid market acceptance. Leading this success is the Jetour T2 SUV, a model recognized and accepted globally for its distinctive design and performance.
The inclusion of Jetour into the UAAGI portfolio comes during a period of dynamic expansion for the company. Following the recent addition of Radar, this move reinforces UAAGI’s strategic commitment to driving the transformation of the Philippine automotive landscape—maximizing service potential across its growing network to achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction.

I've seen some Jetour Dashing back then but now can't see them.
ReplyDeleteThis comes as surprise. Considering Jetour volume is now higher than Chery which is older in the market and Jetour's parent company in China, this is welcome add-on to UAAPI product offering. However, more than adding new marques to its portfolio. The BAIC, Lynk and Co, Chery brands needed more push. Volume is too small to be sustainable for its dealer partners. Foton is their best here and Radar is still new to the market. Wishing UAAPI the best as a multi-brand automotive distributor company.
