Omoda & Jaecoo PH Launches 24/7 Roadside Assistance

Omoda & Jaecoo Philippines strengthens its aftersales support with its very own 24/7 roadside assistance program provided by OJ Care. OJ Care is the new dedicated aftersales service brand established by the carmaker to enhance the customer experience.

Under its roadside assistance program, eligible customers who experience unexpected breakdown or trouble can seek help by calling the official hotline +63 2 8876 1476. This is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
  • Customers may receive assistance for the following roadside situations:
  • Emergency Towing Assistance – Support in arranging towing when a vehicle becomes immobilized and requires transport to an authorized dealership.
  • Battery Jump-Start Support – Assistance for vehicles experiencing a discharged battery and requiring a jump start.
  • Minor On-Site Technical Support – Basic roadside assistance for minor vehicle concerns that may be addressed at the location.
  • Flat Tire Assistance – Support for customers experiencing a flat tire while on the road.
  • Emergency Coordination with the Nearest Authorized Dealership – Assistance in coordinating with the nearest authorized Omoda & Jaecoo dealership for further inspection, repair, or technical support when necessary.
When calling, customers are encouraged to provide their vehicle details, current location, and a brief description of the concern to help facilitate the appropriate assistance.
