Nissan Philippines, Inc. (NPI) has announced the appointment of new dealer partners who will serve its customers across the National Capital Region, Cavite, and key locations in the Visayas and Mindanao.
Autohub Group (Autohub) will serve customers in the cities of Manila, Taguig and Makati; Synergyauto Ventures Corporation (SVC) Group, will operate in Bacoor, and Cavite; and Autocentral Group, will serve customers in Cebu South, Matina, and Tagum.
Additional Dealer Partner appointments covering other markets will be announced in the coming weeks as transition arrangements are finalized.
The transition to new dealer partners is underway and will be completed in the coming weeks. NPI is ensuring that all affected customers experience a seamless handover with no disruption to their sales or aftersales service.
The new appointments are part of Nissan Philippines’ ongoing efforts to strengthen and optimize its Philippine dealer network and ensure its dealers meet the highest standards of customer service, operational performance, and brand integrity.

Nissan Philippines assures all Nissan customers that their warranties, service agreements, and commitments remain fully valid. Customers will be seamlessly transitioned to new dealer partners, with no disruption to their ownership experience. All customer information will be handled in accordance with the Data Privacy Act, and customers can expect to receive notifications from their new dealer partners regarding this transition.

ReplyDeleteI believe dealers play major role in Nissan's future.. close and serious monitoring of dealers true performance will help a lot.. dealers should be sensitive when it comes to nissan users concerns.. the users are loyal to nissan that should be address properly by the dealers as nissan agents... some of the dealers have a management that practices cover-up system in managing...
