BAIC Philippines has rolled out a more comprehensive warranty and aftersales support on its vehicles starting this September. The brand, distributed by UAAGI Auto Group, believes in protecting its customers with a more comprehensive warranty for real and lasting confidence in their investments.
Currently, every BAIC vehicle sold in the Philippines carries a 5-year or 150,000-kilometer General Warranty, whichever comes first, covering core components against manufacturing defects.
In addition, for BAIC’s New Energy Vehicle line-up, the High Voltage Battery Warranty extends to 8 years or 160,000 kilometers. This directly addresses the biggest hesitation among drivers considering the shift to hybrid and electric mobility.
Adding to those generous warranty coverages, every BAIC vehicle now has 3 years of Roadside Assistance as standard at no extra cost. This covers everything from a flat tire replacement to a battery concern to a full tow.
Together, the 5-year general warranty, the 8-year battery warranty, 3-year roadside assistance, and an expanding nationwide service network make BAIC’ ownership package one of the most comprehensive in the market.

ReplyDeleteJust do it. People will feel it and spread the good news if there's good after sales service. Promos and news aren't always reliable. Actions do.
