He devised the tuning concept of, “Dynamic Kansei Engineering” which prioritizes emotion or sensibility over pure numbers; appropriate as Le Mans is held on general roads.

Every AutoExe part undergoes extensive design simulations, wind tunnel validations, and real-world testing. It is tested not just on circuits such as the Fuji Speedway, but on demanding public roads as the Hakone Touge (mountain pass) ensuring its real-world performance. All while keeping Mazda’s engineering integrity.

With the AutoExe Sports Suspension, the CX-60 improves driver feel and comfort thanks to less body roll and the quelling of secondary rebounds. The suspension set consists of a fixed rate damper with a twin-tube setup. Meanwhile, the accompanying spring has increased stiffness to moderate the body roll. AutoExe’s secret, however, is down to the suspension’s unique damping ratio or the balance between the shocks and the springs. They realized that by increasing the damping force at the extension, but not changing the compression, it improves both handling and ride.

Moreover, the engine performance of the CX-60’s 3.3-liter inline-6 helps set it apart. The 284 PS, 450 Nm e-Skyactiv-G delivers an impressive 0-100 kph time of just 6.9 seconds, while the 254 PS, 550 Nm e-Skyactiv-D does the same sprint in 7.3 seconds. Both offer a top speed of 219 kph. The innately balanced configuration produces less vibration enabling a smooth and quiet engine tone, whilst delivering a clean and engaging sound at full song.

Further sharpening the responsiveness, AutoExe offers the AutoExe Ram Air Intake that pushes more air to improve the air/fuel mix ratio. The AutoExe Diesel Intake Suction Kit, smoothens the airflow through the air intake and engine.
