Suzuki Philippines Incorporated (SPH), in partnership with Reliance Auto Dynamics Inc., celebrated the grand opening of Suzuki Auto Calapan, the group’s first 3S dealership located along Km. 9 in Puting Tubig, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro.
The dealership’s showroom can display up to six vehicles, and its workshop is equipped with 10 service bays, complete with wheel alignment facilities.
During the program, Mr. Norihide Takei, Director and General Manager for the Automobile Division of Suzuki Philippines, expressed enthusiasm for this new partnership and the promising potential of Calapan as a developing hub. He shared, “This dealership is more than a new showroom – it represents our shared vision for partnership, growth, and service to the community. Together with Reliance Auto Dynamics Inc., we look forward to providing reliable mobility solutions and standing By Your Side as the community continues to grow.”
Mr. Yukio Sato, General Manager for After Sales and Marine Division, underscored the importance of long-term customer care and service quality, noting that the Calapan facility is equipped to deliver comprehensive maintenance support. He stated, “This facility strengthens our after-sales support in Oriental Mindoro. With dedicated service bays and wheel alignment equipment, Suzuki owners here can expect expert care, dependable maintenance, and peace of mind throughout their ownership.”
Representing the dealership group, Ms. Kristine Uy, President of Reliance Auto Dynamics Inc., highlighted the significance of this milestone for both the company and the city of Calapan. Too bad prices of Suzuki vehicles in the Philippines are very expensive that's why they'll never beat Mitsubishi even if they open too many dealerships.
