2022 Trailblazer To Come In 2 Variants, Standard 5-Year Warranty

Developed from the ground up and designed to cater to Chevrolet’s global markets, the all-new Chevrolet Trailblazer is poised to do battle in the highly competitive compact SUV segment.

Teased a couple of days ago, The Covenant Car Company confirmed that it will come with a 1.3-liter turbocharged engine mated to a CVT. This nugget of information means they have inadvertently confirmed that it will only come with front wheel drive. They also confirmed that it will contain a suite of safety features such as Electronic Stability Control and other “driver assistance systems.” It will also have an 8-inch Chevrolet MyLink infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

The 2022 Trailblazer continues the SUV heritage of the nameplate, but combines this with the modern, head-turning looks reminiscent of the Camaro. It will also have a flexible yet comfortable interior.

The Trailblazer will be available in two variants: LT and Premier. A five-year warranty, automatic enrollment to the 24/7 Chevrolet Roadside Assistance for three (3) years, and immediate access to the Chevrolet Hotline for convenient vehicle service and ownership needs will be included in the purchase.

The full specifications and prices of the Chevy Trailblazer LT and Premier will be revealed on October 24.

  1. Here's hoping they don't pull another Trax on us with the two variants.

  2. As a former owner of a Chevrolet vehicle, I am very disappointed with both the Tracker and the Trailblazer. Both are very expensive (the latter's pricing has been revealed by Autoindustriya) and not competitive against crossovers from China. Another set of blunders from GM and TCCCI. The dealer should just focus on MG. I really cannot understand how TCCCI can be very successful with the MG brand but could not make it right with the Chevy brand :(
