Increased Digitalization Helped Boost Nissan Philippines' Aftersales Revenue In 2022

There’s more good news over at Nissan Philippines. Aside from an impending price adjustment to the Leaf EV, the carmaker also reported that as a result of their digitalization efforts, their aftersales revenue has jumped in 2022.

“Nissan has always been known for its customer-centric mindset, and last year was no different. We have implemented process improvement and digitalization efforts to enhance our customer journey–from vehicle acquisition to aftersales. As a result, our aftersales revenue has increased by 23.5 percent from 2021,” said Nissan Philippines President Juan Manuel Hoyos.

Among the programs that Nissan Philippines implemented in 2022 include the launch of the Nissan Assist app.

Available on both iOS and Android, the Nissan Assist App accesses all services available from Nissan Philippines from pre-purchase to vehicle maintenance.

For non-owners of Nissan vehicles, the mobile application allows them to read up on vehicle information, book a test drive or request a quote, as well as track vehicle sales orders.

Meanwhile, for existing vehicle owners, it enables service booking and the accessing of maintenance history. This reduces the time spent waiting for services or appointments, and makes it easier to personally monitor work order status. Roadside Assistance is also available in case of emergencies.
