Bellevue Manila Switches On EV Charger

Demonstrating an unwavering commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest services, The Bellevue Manila proudly announces the launch of its E-Vehicle Charging Station. This establishes The Bellevue Manila as one of the pioneers among Muntinlupa hotels in providing this innovative and eco-friendly amenity.

Recognizing the growing importance of sustainable travel and the increasing adoption of electric vehicles, The Bellevue Manila has introduced a new EV charging station located at Basement 2, available for guests staying at the hotel. This addition allows guests to recharge both their vehicles and themselves, ensuring a seamless and convenient stay.

“We are excited to offer this new amenity to our valued guests and continue our journey towards a more sustainable future,” said Mr. Patrick Chan, Managing Director at The Bellevue Manila. “At The Bellevue Manila, we strive to provide exceptional hospitality while also being mindful of our environmental impact. Introducing EV charging stations is a significant step in our ongoing efforts to embrace green technology and support sustainable travel.”

Echoing this sentiment, Ms. Mavic Recio, General Manager at The Bellevue Manila, added, “Our goal is to lead by example in the hospitality industry by implementing and promoting sustainable practices. The installation of the EV charging station is just one of the many initiatives we are undertaking to reduce our environmental footprint and enhance the guest experience.”

This initiative is part of The Bellevue Manila’s broader commitment to sustainability, which includes developing its own clean and green guidelines for waste management and carbon-free operations. The hotel also focuses on urban farming, energy conservation through the use of Energy Recovery Ventilators, paperless processing via the E-Concierge system, and reducing single-use plastic by using replenishable glass containers instead of PET/plastic bottles. The Bellevue Manila is dedicated to reducing its carbon footprint and promoting a greener future for the community.

The Bellevue Manila is committed to continuously improving and expanding its sustainability efforts. By adopting eco-friendly practices, the hotel aims to make a positive impact on the environment and offer guests a more sustainable and enjoyable stay.

  1. 5 star din kaya ang rates magcharge ng EV sa isang 5 star hotel? Imagine having 456 rooms with up to 600 guests and if just 20% or 120 guests are using Electric Vehicles, what a long waiting line it would be. Not Bellevues fault, but EVs are simply impractical.

    1. Uh 20% where did you pickup such numbers, metro Manila sales wala pang 1% ang bumili.

  2. How do toy renew your OR with LTO? IIa there ni mkre emizsion test for EVs?
