Select Kia Dealers Now Accept Credit Card Installment For New Car Purchases

Kia Philippines has officially announced a significant financial collaboration with UnionBank of the Philippines for its UnionBank PayEasy program. This initiative introduces flexible credit card installment plans across all Kia models nationwide, including the recently launched Kia Sportage Turbo Hybrid, making world-class mobility more attainable for Filipino car buyers.

“Our focus at Kia Philippines remains rooted in delivering purposeful innovation and exceptional service that integrates into the lives of Filipino motorists,” said Jay Lopez, Managing Director of Kia Philippines.

“Our collaboration with Kia Philippines comes at the perfect time as we continue empowering our UnionBank customers with more accessible and convenient financial solutions through UnionBank PayEasy and UnionBank Auto Loan. This partnership is all about enhancing the customer experience–making it easier for our cardholders to enjoy greater flexibility, convenience, and peace of mind when managing their purchases, “ said Mukul Sukhani, EVP and Cards and Consumer Loans Head of UnionBank.

The program empowers customers to own any dream Kia vehicle with light, affordable monthly payments with their UnionBank Credit Card. Cardholders can choose from convenient installment terms of 3, 6, 12, 24, or 36 months, accessible across both physical dealerships and designated online processing channels. At the same time, those who prefer a single transaction can opt for a straight charge.

This card-based utility also seamlessly complements traditional financing; customers applying for a conventional UnionBank Auto Loan can unlock special perks while choosing to settle their vehicle’s upfront down payment through UnionBank PayEasy installments. This dual-pathway approach ensures that whether buyers are financing the entire vehicle or simply managing the initial down payment, they can maximize their credit card rewards and financial flexibility.

The choice of UnionBank as Kia’s key card-payment partner underscores a shared commitment to financial innovation and customer empowerment. The UnionBank PayEasy installment program has achieved continuous growth across diverse retail categories, and this partnership marks a significant step to bring that momentum to high-value automotive sales.

“Offering installment via UnionBank PayEasy is a reflection of how seriously we take our responsibility to the Filipino motoring community. When the right partners come together with the same intentions, great things happen, and today is proof of that,” said Lopez.
