Jeep Philippines Launches Ultimate Wrangler JL: the 2019 Wrangler Rubicon (w/ Specs)
Less than a month after Auto Nation Group launched the new-generation Jeep Wrangler JL, it’s now joined by the “ultimate” Rubicon variant. A surprise showcase at the Manila International Auto Show, the Wrangler Rubicon is available with two engines and two body styles, and is now available at all authorized Jeep dealers nationwide.

Jeep Philippines Talks About Diesel Wranglers, Gladiator Pickup Truck
The Wrangler has been a very strong seller for Jeep dealer CATS Motors since its Philippine market debut in 2010. With the JK, as the third-generation model is referred to, replaced by the all-new fourth-generation JL last week, we had to get the low-down on the possibility of seeing the diesel variants on local roads once more, and even possibly, the Gladiator pickup truck.

All-New 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL is Arriving in March
Auto Nation Group, the distributor of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, and RAM has confirmed that the fifth-generation Jeep Wrangler is almost upon us. The Wrangler JL, as the model’s called, will be unveiled officially early March, more than a year after its global debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in 2017.

No Fear: Taking on Mount Pinatubo in the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon

“It’s the fear that kills you,” muttered our instructor, Kenneth Rialp, as he gave us this off-roader’s golden rule to live by. And with that, The Philippine Star writer Angel Rivero and I set off in our bone stock Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited CRD to tackle one of the most challenging off-road destinations in the Philippines: Mount Pinatubo. And we’re not doing it alone. We’re doing it with at least 20 other Jeep Wranglers and a handful of Jeep Grand Cherokees as part of Jeep Philippines’s Jeep Thrills Pinatubo.
