P 29 Million Can Get You a Racing Version of the Nissan GT-R

If you happen to have 60 million yen or 28.59 million pesos lying around, NISMO is giving you the chance to buy a GT-R NISMO GT3 which can take you racing to various racing series around the world.

Confirming to FIA GT3 regulations, the GT-R NISMO GT3 features significant changes thanks to 3 years of accumulated data on the racetrack. All in all, NISMO says that this new racecar features better stability and speed at any circuit and on any brand of tire (hopefully, you don’t end up slapping a set of China-made tires on this one though).

Specifically, weight distribution has been optimized and the center of gravity lowered by mounting the engine 150 millimeters further back and lower than in the 2015 model. At the same time, the front and rear suspension, along with the cross member have been newly designed to improve the vehicle dynamics.

Aside from that, it’s got an improved suspension system and rigidity, extended maintenance cycle thanks to a new gearbox design, strengthened brakes, optimized aerodynamics, and get this, an air conditioning system.

Accumulating more than 30,000 kilometers through vigorous tests in both Japan and overseas, the GT-R NISMO GT3 should offer enhanced competitiveness while being “easy to handle for both professional and gentlemen drivers.” Oh, and it’s significantly more reliable too.
