Despite the Pandemic, the 2020 TransSport Show is Still a Go

Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, there’s at least one major car show that’s still pushing through in Manila this year: the 2020 TransSport Show.

Event organizer Tradeshow International Inc., is holding the 29th edition of the aftermarket-centric show from November 12 to 15, 2020 at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay. And regardless of the prevailing General Community Quarantine (GCQ) hoisted over NCR, booth and exhibitor bookings are on-going as of today. You can actually see the initial layout below.

Under IATF regulations, mass gatherings for entertainment purposes are not allowed in areas under GCQ. However, if the NCR does shift to Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) before the show dates, mass gatherings will be allowed at 50 percent of the venue’s capacity to adhere to social distancing measures.

This year, the 2020 TransSport Show will be merged with two other Tradeshow International auto shows—the Manila Auto Salon and The Sport Truck Show.

Despite the threat of COVID-19, will you be attending this year’s TransSport Show?
