Lexus PH Opens Order Books For 2022 Lexus ES

A mere two months after its global launch, the Lexus has confirmed that the refreshed 2022 Lexus ES is arriving in the Philippines by the fourth quarter of 2021. And yes, the order books are now open.

Overall, the changes don’t alter the Lexus ES formula that much, but they do all add up to make it even more refined than ever.

It starts with the new front grille which now has a mesh pattern insert instead of the L-shaped components seen in the current Lexus ES. Along with this are new headlamps, and based on the teaser photo sent by Lexus Philippines, may have BladeScan—the brand’s adaptive high-beam system.

Underneath, engineers have moved to improve the ride with revised rear suspension braces that add rigidity. The brakes have also been changed with a larger pedal and reduced stroke.

Inside, the Lexus ES is also expected to adopt a touch-based infotainment system. With that, the screen has been moved closer and tilted to the driver for easier reach.

More information about the 2022 Lexus ES will be released in due time, but for now, customers who wish to inquire about it can do so through this link.
