ACMobility Introduces Tiered Plans For Its EV Charging Network

ACMobility has introduced a new membership program to offer customers, regardless of EV brand, exceptional value, convenience, and hassle-free charging.

The ACMobility Membership features a variety of subscription plans with significant savings and credit allowances, ensuring cost-effective and efficient charging for EV owners. Offering 20 percent savings on fees, the program provides lower rates than pay-as-you-go pricing, making it a much more affordable alternative to traditional fuel costs and enhancing the overall accessibility of electric mobility.

“Our new ACMobility Membership program is designed with the future in mind, offering easy, affordable, and convenient charging solutions for the growing number of EV owners in the Philippines. It reflects our commitment to accelerating the shift to cleaner transportation while honoring the loyalty and trust of our consumers by delivering value and hassle-free experience every time they charge their vehicles,” says Jaime Alfonso Zobel de Ayala, Chief Executive Officer of ACMobility.

ACMobility offers three membership plans—Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, and Plan 4,000—all designed to suit varying charging needs. Each plan provides a credit allowance valid for 30 days, usable across all ACMobility charging stations.
  • Plan 1,200: P 1,500 credits (good for 52kWh AC or 42kWh DC)
  • Plan 2,000: P 2,500 credits (good for 87kWh AC or 71kWh DC)
  • Plan 4,000: P 5,000 credits (good for 175kWh AC or 142kWh DC)
Credits refresh every 30 days and apply to all station types. Unused credits expire at the end of the plan validity period.

The ACMobility Membership is open to all EV owners as a recurring subscription paid every 30 days via credit card. Members can manage their plans—including changes or cancellations—through the ACMobility Membership Portal, effective at the end of the plan validity period. Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be converted to cash or equivalents.

The ACMobility Membership Plan is exclusively available through the Evro app.

For new Evro users, subscribing to ACMobility is simple. During the sign-up process, they can quickly link their Evro account. A prompt will direct them to the portal where they can select their preferred membership plan.

For existing Evro users, they can subscribe by navigating to My Profile > Link Membership > ACMobility. This prompt will take them to the portal where they can choose their plan.

To subscribe, users should:
  1. Open the Evro app and go to the “My Profile” page.
  2. Select “Link Membership” and choose ACMobility Membership from the list.
  3. Choose from the available plans: Plan 1,200, Plan 2,000, or Plan 4,000.
  4. Complete the registration form with personal details.
Using the credits is just as simple. Users can follow these steps:
  1. Open the Evro app and select a desired ACMobility charging station.
  2. Plug the vehicle into the selected station and scan the station’s QR code to pair the charger with the app.
  3. Select ACMobility Membership credits as the payment method and click Proceed to Pay to confirm and start the charging session.
  4. Once charging is complete, users can stop the session and unplug their vehicle.
If the available credits are insufficient to fully pay for a charging session, a prompt will appear requiring users to select an alternative payment method to cover the balance. Once payment is confirmed, the charging session will proceed as normal.

“We’re excited to introduce this membership program, making EV charging more affordable and accessible for Filipino drivers,” said Carla Buencamino, Head of Mobility Infrastructure at ACMobility. “This initiative is about building trust with our members and empowering them to embrace a more sustainable future through technology.”

Looking ahead, ACMobility will also introduce new features to elevate the Membership experience, including wallet sharing between users, access within the GCash app, and a loyalty and rewards program to incentivize frequent visits.

To stay connected and access all ACMobility Membership services seamlessly, users are encouraged to download and subscribe to the Evro app, available on both Google Play and App Store.

For any inquiries on the ACMobility Membership Plan, customers can contact the in-app chat support for Evro or the ACMo Helpline at +63 2 7777 ACMO. Calls are toll-free for customers with plans or promos that include all-network coverage. Otherwise, standard carrier charges apply.

  1. I would like a postpaid option or a prepaid option with non-expiring credits.

    1. THIS! Non-discounted pricing with usage billed monthly for postpaid subscribers, discounted pricing/bonus credits that don’t expire for prepaid subscribers. This is the way ACMo! The current payment setup of Evro isn’t ideal, it places a fixed amount on hold while you’re plugged in. My linked card is a debit card so the hold gets instantly debited from my account, while any excess held amount can take quite a while to return.
