Following launch of the first limited-edition Hot Wheels Formula 1 car in 2024 and the announcement of a multi-year partnership, Hot Wheels has rolled off eight Formula 1 teams in 1:64 scale (sorry Ferrari and Aston Martin fans).
Each die-cast car is built to race on the iconic Hot Wheels orange track as well as the new Hot Wheels Formula 1 Sprint & Grand Prix Race Circuit track sets. These can be purchased either in singles for now or as a 5-pack starting in mid-2025.
Speaking of track sets, Hot Wheels is introducing two of them, both coming in the third quarter of 2025. The Sprint Race Circuit is loaded with a “kid-powered” throttle pedal booster and an inner lane diverter. Meanwhile, the Grand Prix Racing Circuit track set features a 2-speed, 3-lane “booster” with 2 manual DRS diverters and a 2-into-1 overtake 180 wall.
Finally, the Hot Wheels Premium Series cars, coming mid-2025, feature intricate details to replicate an actual F1 car, including a metal body and chassis, authentic team liveries, and Pirelli branded tires to further bring the car to life.
Everybody loves F1.
