Good news: you can now use GrabPay to top up both your Autosweep RFID and EasyTrip RFID. This helps make reloading contactless toll payments easier for those who need to traverse the major expressways in Luzon.
EasyTrip has been one of Grab’s partners through CIS Bayad Center, Inc., since Grab rolled out its Bill Payment feature, while Autosweep went live during the first quarter of 2021. These systems allow commuters to pass through toll gates without using a stub or paying with cash, which is safer as well as easier and faster.
“Our partnership with AutoSweep and EasyTrip is one of Grab’s initiatives to provide cashless payment options for Filipinos. With many livelihoods and industries relying on the transport of goods and services along the major highways in the country every day, it is important to ensure the safety and health of drivers when they pay for transport fees. We hope that providing more convenient payment methods with both Autosweep and EasyTrip will give our motorists and their families more peace of mind, especially during these times,” says Erwin Yamsuan, Country Lead for Grab Financial Group Philippines.
Users of Autosweep and EasyTrip can easily use their GrabPay accounts for toll payments.
All they need to do is open their GrabApp and take the following steps:
- Go to Bills on the Grab app
- Select either AutoSweep or EasyTrip
- Enter account number and amount and wait for confirmation
GrabPay also gives consumers access to convenient and quick bill payment to a variety of merchants including key utility companies and government agencies. Aside from paying their internet, cable and mobile phone bills, it can also be used to pay for utilities such as Meralco, Manila Water, and Maynilad. It can also be used to pay for government services such as passport renewal, application/renewal of NBI clearance, and settling of MMDA-related transactions.
