During the GWM Cannon Drift Track Experience, GWM Philippines reveals that they’re gaining momentum in the Philippine automotive market.
Ever since the appointment of a veteran automotive team, GMW’s local distributor, Luxuriant Automotive Group, Inc. has managed to overshoot their sales target, achieving 124 percent of its goals in April and sustaining a strong average growth rate in the second quarter at 39 percent.
GWM Philippines says this solid second quarter performance reflects the growing confidence in GWM’s offerings with the new Cannon pickup truck leading the way.
“The new GWM Cannon represents the next evolution of pickups in our market—capable, refined, and packed with features that today’s drivers value,” said Mr. Dax Avenido, Brand Head and Marketing Director of GWM Philippines.”
As the brand moves into the second half of 2025, GWM Philippines has confirmed that it will expand its footprint with new product rollouts and nationwide activations. The new Cannon will play a central role in driving growth and customer engagement for GWM.

ReplyDeleteGwm cannon (internal combustion engine) is number one pickup in China, other pickup like JMC grand avenue, Jac T9, Foton thunder is also good quality na, automatic transmission pa. Sa hybrid pickup very ok ang byd shark at foton tunland v7, v9. Kaya pag may plan to buy pickup truck, better chose Chinese pickup cars, mas sulit.
Pricing maybe, but quality nah, maybe in a thousand years.
DeleteQuality of Chinese branded cars is very much higher than some jap or some kano brands cars, your mindset may be way back to thousand years or you are ignorance about the present Chinese cars. Do look and search, you will see how nice is Chinese cars now.
DeleteWhen Australian buyers/reviewers give praise to the quality of any pickup truck that's essentially a global seal of approval. They are honest and thorough with the good and the bad (which may just come down to preferences) because of the demands of their extreme environment (and driving habits). People are better off listening to them than people who quickly and summarily dismiss an alternative possiblity.
