Analyzing Mazda Philippines' Business
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, Mazda Philippines is poised to file an Initial Public Offering (IPO) sometime this year. Clearing the first hurdle, Bermaz Auto Philippines, Inc., as the company is officially known, has gained approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). All that’s left now is approval from the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) so that a listing date could be formalized.
