You Can Now Get a 5-Year, 140,000-km Warranty on Your Subaru

Motor Image Pilipinas, the exclusive distributor of Subaru vehicles in the country is now offering an extended warranty program called Subaru Vehicle Protect.

As standard, all Subaru vehicles purchased in the Philippines (from July 1, 2019) come with a standard 5-year / 100,000-kilometer warranty. However, existing owners who are not covered by the longer warranty can now have additional safety and peace of mind by boosting their vehicle’s warranty coverage by an additional two years or 40,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). This gives owners a maximum of 5 years or 140,000 kilometers of worry-free and hassle-free ownership.

The Subaru Vehicle Protect can be purchased at all Motor Image branches, or authorized dealers. The package can be purchased at any time from the start of the standard warranty period until one month before the expiration of the standard warranty (subject to vehicle inspection and evaluation, of course). It’s also transferable adding to a Subaru’s resale value.

The additional warranty coverage costs:
  • Impreza – P 27,898
  • Forester – P 27,898
  • Subaru XV – P 27,898
  • Subaru BRZ – P 29,898
  • Subaru WRX – P 29,898
  • Subaru Levorg – P 29,898
  • Subaru Legacy – P 31,898
  • Subaru Outback – P 31,898
  • Subaru WRX STI – P 34,000
The package offers the same coverage as the standard vehicle warranty and is subject to the same maintenance intervals. Claims can also be made at all Motor Image branches or any authorized dealers nationwide.

The Subaru Vehicle Protect is the latest aftersales package offered by Motor Image Pilipinas. Last year, they started offering the Subaru Care Maintenance Program, a pre-paid service package good for the first two years or 40,000 kilometers. It protects owners from future increases on price for both parts and labor. There are no hidden charges too since everything including oils and lubricants is included.
