The 2020 JAC S4 Ultimate is the Most Feature-Packed Crossover for Just P 1.058M

Triesenburg Auto Corp. (TAC), the official distributor of JAC passenger and light commercial vehicles in the Philippines has entered the compact crossover segment with the 2020 JAC S4.

Powered by a 147-horsepower, 210 Nm of torque 1.5-liter 4-cylinder turbocharged engine, the JAC S4 is meant to compete against the likes of the Geely Coolray, MG ZS, Hyundai Kona, and Kia Seltos. Check out our full write-up, including the full list of features here.

Commemorating the launch, JAC is offering the S4 crossover with an introductory price offer which slashes a further P 30,000 to P 40,000 from its already affordable price tag. Good until the end of July, this brings down the prices to:
  • JAC S4 Luxury 6-MT – P 848,000
  • JAC S4 Luxury CVT – P 898,000
  • JAC S4 Intelligent CVT – P 968,000
  • JAC S4 Ultimate CVT – P 1,058,000
This move makes the S4, particularly the Ultimate variant the most feature-packed crossover for its price.

Not only does it have features such as a power moonroof and tailgate, rear AC vents, and full digital instrumentation, but it also receives a full suite of driver assist technology such as lane departure warning, front collision warning, blind spot monitoring with rear cross-traffic alert.

  1. Jesas, it's a Chinese onslaught. This time rivals can't simply scoff at it like something that would just fade away.

  6. There's no doubt that Chinese cars now are at par with Japanese technology. Affordability wise this is definitely a winner. Hope the Japanese, Korean, American, and Euro cars will reduce their prices. It's a win win situation for the middle class Filipinos for owning a sophisticated car.

  7. The arrival of the Chinese made cars in the Philippines is the reason why the price of Japanese and Korean car skyrocketed that middle class Filipino may no longer afford.
